A quick update on some 2025 trips and shows. Prints made for Edinburgh Printmakers members show, ‘This Shared World’. A wonderful trip to The Isle of May, which inspired work for the lovely Dory Gallery and the Pittenweem Arts festival. A trip to North Uist when the machair was in flower. Wildflower drawing for the SWLA annual ‘Natural Eye’ show at The Mall Galleries, London. From North to South, a family holiday in St Ives.

Drawn from Nature

Society of Wildlife Artists

I was delighted to win the Trymwood Prize at this years Society of Wildlife Artists Exhibition with my drawings of Meadow Brown Butterflies.
The exhibition takes place every year at the Mall Galleries in London and is always worth a visit.
My prize is a solo show at the wonderful Trymwood Galleries in Bristol. More news to follow.

It is on the harbour front in beautiful Pittenweem.

A treasure of a place for wonderful artwork and delicious food.
